Sephora Assistant Manager - Social & PR

- Execute Sephora’s PR, events, and social strategy to drive awareness and consideration across Australia and New Zealand.
- Plan and develop social toolkits for Sephora and exclusive brand partners.
- Design event and brand social strategies to enhance engagement and social share of voice.
- Shape and execute PR events to generate impactful press and creator content.
- Lead the social strategy for Sephora ANZ, collaborating with regional counterparts on calendar development.
- Deploy strategies for Sephora’s earned content programs: Sephora Squad and Beauty Advisor Creator Club.
- Act as the main social and PR contact for brand partners, advising on event and social strategies.
- Deliver comprehensive post-mortem reports with performance analysis for events and campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing events and brand management strategies.
- Experience with social media analytics and identifying key insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years in social media marketing, public relations, or a related field is required.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
