1. Execute Sephora’s PR, events, and social strategy to drive awareness and consideration across Australia and New Zealand.
2. Plan and develop social toolkits for Sephora and exclusive brand partners.
3. Design event and brand social strategies to enhance engagement and social share of voice.
4. Shape and execute PR events to generate impactful press and creator content.
5. Lead the social strategy for Sephora ANZ, collaborating with regional counterparts on calendar development.
6. Deploy strategies for Sephora’s earned content programs: Sephora Squad and Beauty Advisor Creator Club.
7. Act as the main social and PR contact for brand partners, advising on event and social strategies.
8. Deliver comprehensive post-mortem reports with performance analysis for events and campaigns.

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, public relations, or a related field.

1. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing events and brand management strategies.
2. Experience with social media analytics and identifying key insights.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
5. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years in social media marketing, public relations, or a related field is required.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
