Sephora Assistant Manager, Sephora Media Network

- Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution for Sephora's Canada retail media campaigns.
- Manage program execution with a strong attention to detail, including timeline and budget management, and facilitate communication with internal partners and agencies.
- Oversee campaign creative hand-off and implementation, including copy and Canada-specific creative quality assurance, mock approvals, and live notifications.
- Serve as a key resource for go-to-market timelines with internal stakeholders, including Sephora Canada's Brand Marketing team.
- Participate in weekly status calls with agency partners and collaborate with the manager to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes with Sephora Finance and agency partners.
- Assist in developing channel mix strategy across Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and CTV.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a preference for paid social and programmatic display experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of Ad Operations (tracking, pixels, etc.) and measurement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with high motivation, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data.
1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid social and programmatic display.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,100.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
