Sephora Assistant Manager, Retail Operations

1. Support the Head of Retail in driving continuous improvement projects within retail operations to enhance standards and performance.
2. Manage store resources effectively to ensure a superior shopping experience, embodying the Sephora Ambassador role.
3. Ensure accurate implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives in stores.
4. Optimize internal communication between stores and HQ to support operational efficiency.
5. Assist in overseeing retail operations and ensure compliance with Sephora standards, including merchandising, audit requirements, and customer service.
6. Support preparation of retail operations reports and collaborate on implementation of best practices.
7. Ensure visual merchandising and space planning adhere to regional guidelines.
8. Conduct regular store audits to enforce adherence to operations manuals.
9. Implement loss prevention strategies and enhance back-of-house efficiency.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement store strategies.
11. Prepare and compile regular reports and presentations on store performance.
12. Coordinate store events and ensure alignment with activities.
13. Support operational rollout of new stores across Thailand.
14. Act on customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.
15. Oversee procurement process for store supplies and manage vendor relationships.
16. Assist in delivery of retail projects and regional initiatives.

1. Thai Nationality with a minimum University diploma/degree
2. 5+ years of experience in a customer and commercial-focused retail environment, preferably in beauty or fashion
3. 2+ years of experience in a retail operations role
4. 1+ year of store management responsibility is advantageous

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Service-oriented with a passion for the retail industry
3. Comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and industry
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Minimum of 5 years in a customer and commercial-focused retail environment, with at least 2 years in a retail operations role.

Minimum University diploma/degree
