Sephora Assistant Manager, Retail Operations

- Support the Head of Retail in driving continuous improvement projects within retail operations to enhance standards and performance.
- Manage store resources effectively to ensure a superior shopping experience, embodying the Sephora Ambassador role.
- Ensure accurate implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives in stores.
- Optimize internal communication between stores and HQ to support operational efficiency.
- Assist in overseeing retail operations and ensure compliance with Sephora standards, including merchandising, audit requirements, and customer service.
- Support preparation of retail operations reports and collaborate on implementation of best practices.
- Ensure visual merchandising and space planning adhere to regional guidelines.
- Conduct regular store audits to enforce adherence to operations manuals.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and enhance back-of-house efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement store strategies.
- Prepare and compile regular reports and presentations on store performance.
- Coordinate store events and ensure alignment with activities.
- Support operational rollout of new stores across Thailand.
- Act on customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee procurement process for store supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in delivery of retail projects and regional initiatives.
- Thai Nationality with a minimum University diploma/degree
- 5+ years of experience in a customer and commercial-focused retail environment, preferably in beauty or fashion
- 2+ years of experience in a retail operations role
- 1+ year of store management responsibility is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Service-oriented with a passion for the retail industry
- Comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Minimum of 5 years in a customer and commercial-focused retail environment, with at least 2 years in a retail operations role.
Minimum University diploma/degree
