1. Act as a Sephora Ambassador to ensure a superior shopping experience.
2. Drive the execution of company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
3. Model exemplary customer service and exceed customer expectations.
4. Cultivate a service-oriented culture within the store.
5. Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through feedback systems.
6. Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
7. Set and communicate KPIs to the team and take corrective actions when necessary.
8. Analyze sales data and propose action plans to the Store Manager.
9. Lead and develop store team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
10. Coordinate and implement training programs for store staff.
11. Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
12. Oversee stock inventory processes to minimize shrinkage and maintain accuracy.
13. Manage cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
14. Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment.

1. Minimum secondary school education; advanced diploma or university degree preferred.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in store operations or sales management.
3. At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing a team.

1. Intermediate selling skills.
2. Comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and the industry.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

Minimum of 3 years in store operations or sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Minimum secondary school education; advanced diploma or university degree preferred.
