- Act as a Sephora Ambassador to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Drive the execution of company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Model exemplary customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Cultivate a service-oriented culture within the store.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through feedback systems.
- Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Set and communicate KPIs to the team and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze sales data and propose action plans to the Store Manager.
- Lead and develop store team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
- Coordinate and implement training programs for store staff.
- Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Oversee stock inventory processes to minimize shrinkage and maintain accuracy.
- Manage cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment.
- Minimum secondary school education; advanced diploma or university degree preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in store operations or sales management.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing a team.
- Intermediate selling skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and the industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum of 3 years in store operations or sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Minimum secondary school education; advanced diploma or university degree preferred.
