1. Drive an elevated, on-brand experience across all Sephora stores in Canada.
2. Collaborate with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and other teams to create engaging in-store experiences.
3. Manage and maintain annual collateral calendars for Retail Marketing.
4. Oversee the database of unique marketing placements across Canadian stores.
5. Support marketing efforts to sustain and increase store traffic.
6. Develop and execute strategies for new store openings and renovations.
7. Lead the execution of promotional collateral for local and national promotions.
8. Engage with Retail Operations and Store Directors to gather feedback and data.
9. Execute high-impact retail campaigns, including holiday promotions.

1. Proven passion for retail marketing and the beauty industry.
2. Experience in executing retail theater across multiple locations.
3. Understanding of visual merchandising and retail operations.
4. Ability to manage budgets with financial acumen.
5. Experience in integrated marketing processes and cross-functional campaigns.
