Sephora Assistant Manager, Regulatory Compliance

- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay informed of federal, provincial, and municipal laws and standards relevant to government departments.
- Communicate non-compliances to internal and external partners and ensure remediation as per company policy.
- Maintain tracking and reporting of compliance metrics, incidents, and remediation actions for senior management and relevant authorities.
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation to support leadership in demonstrating adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Analyze large data sets to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
- Produce and summarize various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage and maintain US run SKU assortment for compliance with Canadian import regulations.
- Review omni SKU assortment databases for compliance integrity.
- Monitor compliance activities, identify and address issues, and conduct regular audits to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide support to merchandising and brands for new vendor onboarding related to compliance requirements.
- Support the development and documentation of essential processes within the department.
- 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience.
- Strong understanding of compliance principles, frameworks, and risk management concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and deriving insights from data.
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional partners.
3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of compliance principles and risk management.
