1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
2. Stay updated with relevant federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
3. Communicate non-compliances to partners and ensure remediation.
4. Track and report compliance metrics and incidents.
5. Prepare compliance reports and documentation.
6. Analyze data sets to drive process improvements.
7. Produce and summarize various reports.
8. Manage and maintain SKU assortment for compliance.
9. Conduct regular audits to evaluate program effectiveness.
10. Support merchandising and brands for vendor onboarding.

1. 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience.
2. Strong understanding of compliance principles and risk management.
3. Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.

3. Tech-savvy with analytical problem-solving skills.
4. Attention to detail and integrity in handling information.

3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience.
