Sephora Assistant Manager, Product Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of non-selling programs, including strategy, cross-functional business partner management, store communication, and delivery linked to Product Operations.
- Develop training programs to ensure store retention for all Product Operations projects supported by the Business Operations Team.
- Act as the store expert and thought partner for projects, ensuring alignment with the overall operating model and strategy when implementing organizational changes.
- Oversee multiple projects by managing timelines, deliverables, recaps, and action plans post-delivery to drive continuous improvement.
- Visit Sephora stores to monitor project progress and engagement.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in operations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to stores as needed.
A minimum of 2 years in retail management, with a focus on operations, is required.
