Sephora Assistant Manager, Outbound Transportation

- Manage daily operations of outbound transportation, ensuring seamless business activities and communication.
- Serve as the primary contact for stores, carriers, and 3PL Canada Distribution Centers.
- Uphold carrier compliance and enhance procedural controls.
- Support the Logistics & Distribution management team in troubleshooting service challenges and driving recovery solutions.
- Produce, analyze, and summarize transportation performance and cost reports.
- Create and maintain delivery schedules, ensuring effective communication with carriers and stores.
- Manage the Canada Distribution Customer Service Logistics Mailbox, providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate and manage outbound reverse transportation for vendor returns.
- Organize and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and respond to distribution center dispositions, communicating with the FSC team as needed.
- Process claims for cost recovery and support finance and audit teams with invoice accuracy.
- Assist with special projects and support the development of essential processes.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation.
- Familiarity with domestic and international carrier rates and booking processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism in English and French is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure task accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
A minimum of 2 years in logistics or transportation, with a focus on carrier rates and booking processes.
