Sephora Assistant Manager, Mobile Messaging Operations

- Lead the execution of all mobile messaging campaigns, including app push notifications and SMS, across the United States.
- Ensure flawless delivery through rigorous proofing, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Project Management, Product Marketing, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, including Marketing Associates.
- Drive change management and provide strategic support for program evolution.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- 2+ years of experience with mobile best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
- Proficiency with mobile messaging deployment platforms such as Braze, Airship, or Attentive.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and campaign building.
- Strong understanding of mobile messaging campaign segmentation and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in mobile marketing operations, with a focus on retail or e-commerce environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,495.00 - $84,550.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
