Sephora Assistant Manager, Loyalty Sampling & Promotions

- Lead the Rewards Bazaar program in Canada, developing compelling rewards and driving local strategy.
- Review and analyze Rewards Bazaar performance, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to enhance loyalty sampling offers.
- Ensure seamless execution of Rewards Bazaar marketing across online and in-store platforms.
- Act as the central communication point for sampling initiatives, coordinating with Sephora, brand partners, and Distribution Centers.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on loyalty sampling tools and enhancements.
- Manage promotional execution, supporting the full lifecycle from ideation to reporting.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions.
- Provide strategic recommendations for local promotional opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, marketing, or account management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Tableau.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
A minimum of three years in supply chain, logistics, marketing, or account management is required.
The compensation ranges between CAD$76,500.00 - CAD$85,500.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
