1. Lead the Rewards Bazaar program in Canada, developing compelling rewards and driving local strategy.
2. Review and analyze Rewards Bazaar performance, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
3. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to enhance loyalty sampling offers.
4. Ensure seamless execution of Rewards Bazaar marketing across online and in-store platforms.
5. Act as the central communication point for sampling initiatives, coordinating with Sephora, brand partners, and Distribution Centers.
6. Serve as the subject matter expert on loyalty sampling tools and enhancements.
7. Manage promotional execution, supporting the full lifecycle from ideation to reporting.
8. Collaborate with various teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions.
9. Provide strategic recommendations for local promotional opportunities.

1. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, marketing, or account management.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Tableau.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
4. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

A minimum of three years in supply chain, logistics, marketing, or account management is required.

The compensation ranges between CAD$76,500.00 - CAD$85,500.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
