Sephora Assistant Manager, Loyalty Marketing

- Manage the Rewards Boutique, including product and cash coupon programs.
- Design and propose cash coupon tiers with forecasted impact on margins.
- Execute the cash coupon program with cross-functional communication involving Retail, EB, PO, Tech, Marketing, and Finance.
- Track performance and business uplift from the cash coupon program, improving member retention rates and proposing optimizations.
- Plan product assortment and allocation strategies in collaboration with the manager.
- Coordinate with internal functions and agencies for rewards boutique product refreshment, including procurement, page design, and logistics.
- Maintain and upgrade the rewards boutique system, ensuring a seamless customer journey across EC and BM touchpoints.
- Enhance the current redemption flow and mechanism for efficiency while maintaining a smooth user experience.
- Support the manager in upgrading the current member loyalty program and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in regional ad hoc projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred.
- Proficiency in oral and written English, as well as MS Office software.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing EC site operations or points redemption operations.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing in the beauty industry.
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills and experience, preferably with SQL or Python.
Experience in managing e-commerce site operations or points redemption operations is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
