- Drive category differentiation for Sephora Canada through strategic campaigns.
- Liaise with North American counterparts to represent Canadian brand marketing needs.
- Support the execution of mid-funnel multi-branded and gifting campaigns.
- Champion new ideas with cross-functional partners to enhance Sephora's gifting leadership.
- Manage day-to-day budget tracking and month-end processes for the Omni/Category team.
- Cultivate strong partnerships across borders with US teams and cross-functional SMEs.
- Ensure accuracy and recency in management of calendars, trackers, and input documents.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated campaign execution and project management experience.
- Passion for brand building and beauty campaigns.
- Strong collaboration and creativity skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive excellence through teamwork.
- Knowledge in budget management and financial acumen.
- Experience in integrated marketing processes and leading cross-functional campaigns.
- Awareness of retail and cultural trends.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
2-5 years of experience in campaign execution and project management within the beauty or retail industry.
