1. Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
2. Manage HR operations, including policy implementation and compliance.

5. Provide guidance on ethics and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal obligations.

7. Administer performance and talent management processes, including reviews and promotions.
8. Collaborate with business leaders to address HR needs and support organizational development.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience as an HR generalist, with payroll experience.
3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR practices.
4. Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with strong process management skills.
5. Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
