Sephora Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner

- Act as a strategic partner to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR and Education to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to address specific needs.
- Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making and talent movement.
- Enhance organizational and people capabilities for long-term growth.
- Promote a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the Annual Performance Review, Salary Review, and Promotion Cycles.
- Develop talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Drive recruitment efforts and employment brand initiatives.
- Coach People Leaders on performance management strategies.
- Manage employee relations and advise line managers to minimize risk.
- Ensure compliance with business policies, ethical standards, and legal obligations.
- Partner with APAC HR to implement market-specific Ethics and Compliance policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain resilience and agility.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 6 years as an HR Generalist, with experience in hiring and development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
