1. Act as a strategic partner to align HR strategies with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Head of HR and Education to develop and implement HR strategies.
3. Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to address specific needs.
4. Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making and talent movement.
5. Enhance organizational and people capabilities for long-term growth.
6. Promote a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
7. Manage the Annual Performance Review, Salary Review, and Promotion Cycles.
8. Develop talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
9. Drive recruitment efforts and employment brand initiatives.
10. Coach People Leaders on performance management strategies.
11. Manage employee relations and advise line managers to minimize risk.
12. Ensure compliance with business policies, ethical standards, and legal obligations.
13. Partner with APAC HR to implement market-specific Ethics and Compliance policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

A minimum of 6 years as an HR Generalist, with experience in hiring and development.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
