1. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, profit and loss statements, and key business KPIs.
2. Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Prepare financial reporting, including management reporting and financial analysis.
4. Review and analyze balance sheet items.
5. Perform monthly cash flow forecasting and analysis.
6. Support the preparation of the company's budget, financial forecasts, and strategic planning.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with business objectives.
8. Assist in lease renewal analysis and contract reviews.
9. Support process optimization and efficiency improvements within the finance team.
10. Provide insights to enhance financial decision-making.
11. Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders as needed.
12. Perform adhoc financial analysis as required by management.

1. At least 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a complex multinational environment.
2. Managerial experience in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry in Singapore and Malaysia is preferred.
3. CPA qualifications will be an added advantage.

1. Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data for decision-making.
2. Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP.
3. Experience with business intelligence tools such as BI and Jedox is a plus.
4. Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A minimum of 8 years in financial planning and analysis within a complex multinational environment, with managerial experience in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry preferred.
