Sephora Assistant Manager, Experiential Marketing

- Execute Sephora's experiential marketing activations nationwide and independently lead small to medium-sized projects.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Experiential & Partnerships, in managing key deliverables from cross-functional teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Social, Integrated Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Retail, and Operations to execute market plans.
- Craft detailed briefs for experiential projects, including objectives, deliverables, and relevant information.
- Coordinate programs and initiatives to ensure smooth workflow, including scheduling meetings and tracking POs.
- Support budget maintenance and project tracking tools.
- Maintain up-to-date files with presentations, photos, contracts, and invoices.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Participate in weekly agency and partnership calls, providing status updates and recaps.
- Provide on-site management during activations and travel within Canada up to 20%.
- Advocate for Sephora's vision, practices, and beliefs in daily work.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in experiential marketing.
- Keen eye for detail while managing multiple projects.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, conversation, and presentations.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
1 – 3 years of experience in the experiential marketing world.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
