- Oversee inventory integrity for up to $200M in inventory, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve inventory discrepancies, enhancing client experience.
- Lead weekly inventory reconciliations to minimize financial impact.
- Drive inventory accuracy initiatives through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Support annual physical inventory planning and execution.
- Guide 3PL Distribution Centre teams through monthly reverse logistics cycles, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Manage inventory imbalances in line with team KPIs, delegating actions and holding partners accountable.
- Independently resolve complex inventory issues, mitigating risk and business impact.
- Drive stakeholder action to reduce financial exposure and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Document and communicate inventory insights to leadership regularly.
- Execute special projects and value-added services across the distribution network.
- Monitor DC performance and project execution to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze inventory KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between operations and cross-functional teams, translating data into actionable insights.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills to navigate complexity.
- Ability to organize workloads and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional partnership skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of Store Operations and MCS is an asset.
- Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset.
3–5 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$76,000.00 - CAD$85,000.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
