- Track and visualize consumer engagement indices to monitor trends and identify business opportunities or challenges.
- Translate consumer behavior insights into actionable recommendations to enhance lifetime value and efficiency.
- Identify patterns, trends, root causes, and effects using statistics, BI tools, SQL, AI, or machine learning.
- Produce and maintain regular data insight reports for business tracking and monitoring.
- Understand consumer journey and lifecycle to initiate engagement programs that convert new customers into loyal patrons.
- Manage multi-touchpoint consumer communication plans to drive retention, including APP push, SMS, MNP notice, and WeChat Official Accounts.
- Utilize CDP/MA and other internal systems for consumer communication configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data, IT, CRM, and Marketing to execute consumer engagement campaigns.
- Over 5 years of experience in CRM data, analytics, and insights, including consumer database management and data visualization.
- Proficiency in social CRM.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
