1. Support day-to-day customs compliance activities, including imports/exports and HS Tariff classification.
2. Ensure full customs compliance from entry to post audit for air, ground, and ocean freight.
3. Analyze data to drive process improvements and create reports to support business decisions.
4. Manage Free Trade Agreements and maintain vendor certificate databases.
5. Conduct post-entry audits for drawback opportunities.
6. Maintain HS Tariff classification determinations.
7. Support the Customs Compliance Manager with month/quarter/year-end closures and reporting.
8. Oversee audit of brokerage invoices and serve as a primary contact for broker support.
9. Develop and document essential processes related to customs compliance.

1. 3-5 years of experience in Customs Compliance.
2. CCS designation.

1. Solid knowledge of customs entry and drawback processes.
2. Expertise in HS classification.
3. Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

3-5 years of experience in Customs Compliance.
