- Support day-to-day customs compliance activities, including imports/exports and HS Tariff classification.
- Ensure full customs compliance from entry to post audit for air, ground, and ocean freight.
- Analyze data to drive process improvements and create reports to support business decisions.
- Manage Free Trade Agreements and maintain vendor certificate databases.
- Conduct post-entry audits for drawback opportunities.
- Maintain HS Tariff classification determinations.
- Support the Customs Compliance Manager with month/quarter/year-end closures and reporting.
- Oversee audit of brokerage invoices and serve as a primary contact for broker support.
- Develop and document essential processes related to customs compliance.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customs Compliance.
- CCS designation.
- Solid knowledge of customs entry and drawback processes.
- Expertise in HS classification.
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
3-5 years of experience in Customs Compliance.
