Sephora Assistant Manager, Customs Compliance

- Support daily customs compliance activities, ensuring precise execution and flexibility to meet business needs.
- Stay informed on customs regulations, laws, and industry changes to ensure full compliance.
- Analyze data to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Create and deliver timely reports to support business decisions.
- Manage Free Trade Agreements and maintain vendor certificate databases.
- Conduct post-entry audits for duty drawback opportunities.
- Maintain HS Tariff classification determinations for the full product assortment.
- Assist the Customs Compliance Manager with month/quarter/year-end closures and reporting.
- Oversee brokerage invoice audits and address inconsistencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for brokers and Statistics Canada reporting.
- Develop and document essential customs compliance processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customs Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of customs entry, drawback processes, and HS classification.
- CCS designation preferred.
- Strong prioritization and task execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
3-5 years of experience in Customs Compliance, with expertise in customs entry, drawback processes, and HS classification.
