- Develop and implement marketing plans for Sephora's brand partners to drive sales and enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with brand partners to optimize marketing programs using Sephora's strategic levers.
- Advise brands on omni-channel marketing strategies, including sampling, social media, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring their active participation in Sephora's marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to recommend strategies that benefit both Sephora and its brand partners.
- Identify and propose new co-op marketing programs and partnerships, building business cases for innovative ideas.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships within Sephora's matrixed organization, including merchandising, e-commerce, growth marketing, and analytics teams.
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications, with a focus on brand marketing/advertising.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
- Ability to think strategically and execute program visions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Self-motivated with a creative and innovative mindset.
Minimum of 6 years in Marketing and Communications, particularly in brand marketing and advertising, with some digital experience.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
