Sephora Assistant Manager, Brand Partner Marketing

- Establish marketing plans for Sephora brand partners across assigned categories to drive sales and maintain competitive edge.
- Serve as a brand marketing advisor, developing strategies that enhance business value for both brands and Sephora.
- Collaborate with brands to optimize marketing programs using Sephora's marketing levers.
- Develop a deep understanding of brand businesses, priorities, and products in collaboration with the Merchandising department.
- Advise brands on omni-channel marketing strategies, including sampling, social media, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging.
- Drive and maintain relationships with brand partners.
- Develop and analyze collaborative marketing programs and sampling investments to deliver mutual benefits.
- Identify and propose new co-op marketing programs and partnerships.
- Build cross-functional partnerships within a matrixed organization, including merchandising, e-commerce, growth marketing, and more.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or advertising, ideally within loyalty or retail sectors with some digital experience.
- Ability to think strategically and generate visionary ideas.
- Experience in managing cross-functional partnerships to meet business needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3-5 years of related experience in brand marketing or advertising, with a focus on loyalty or retail sectors and some digital experience.
