Sephora Assistant Makeup Launch Coordinator Intern

1. Coordinate each phase of the makeup launch process in close collaboration with brands, countries, Supply Chain, Master Data team, Regulatory/Quality departments, and Finance.
2. Develop and monitor launch timelines by brand and product.
3. Manage daily issues or bottlenecks that could jeopardize launch dates, ensuring effective communication of changes internally and externally.
4. Oversee the successful execution of the Christmas makeup launch process, working alongside the Project Manager to enhance the visibility of holiday offerings.
5. Create and validate brand assortments and promotional periods.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree from a business school or university.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Analytical mindset with a high degree of organization, autonomy, and initiative.

1. Project management or coordination experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Internship for final-year students or during a gap year, with significant experience in project management or coordination preferred.

Higher education degree from a business school or university.
