1. Plan and implement training and development initiatives.
2. Contribute to the management of the annual skills development plan, addressing individual and collective training needs.
3. Ensure logistical deployment of catalog trainings at the France headquarters with external partners.
4. Collaborate on the coordination of local and regional learning and development projects.
5. Participate in the creation of training content and communication resources at the regional level.
6. Support the digitalization of activities, promote content, and optimize employee experience within the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
7. Monitor relevant performance indicators to track L&D activities and learning impact.
8. Stay informed on learning and development trends, identifying useful market innovations.

1. Higher education in Human Resources (university degree/business school).

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and curiosity to create synergies and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
2. Strong team spirit, encouraging collective intelligence to achieve objectives.
3. Fluency in English, essential for thriving in an international and multicultural organization.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for daily use.
