1. Assist the Minis & More Europe team in developing and implementing the product strategy across European stores.
2. Collaborate with various brands and countries to construct seasonal assortments, merchandising plans, and marketing activation toolboxes.
3. Coordinate and monitor product launches with partner brands.
4. Prepare performance reports for the category and its launches, as well as brand-specific reports.
5. Liaise with studio, training, social media, CRM, and digital teams to enhance category visibility within the brand.
6. Manage the internal Minis & More box to increase category visibility and awareness among internal teams.

1. Currently in the second part of a gap year or final-year internship.
2. Eager to learn about category management.
3. Interested in expanding knowledge of the cosmetics and retail sectors.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
