1. Assist the Program Director and project leaders in coordination tasks.
2. Support the daily activities of the project team.
3. Monitor project KPIs and manage logistics.
4. Ensure effective communication following governance committees.
5. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
6. Prepare program committees in coordination with project governance teams.
7. Aid in planning project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

1. Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.

1. Strong coordination and organizational skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
3. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

No specific experience required, but a keen interest in IT project management and the beauty industry is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
