- Analyze the Global Product Classification project.
- Participate in the implementation of GPC mappings across various project phases.
- Become an expert in GPC for merchandising needs.
- Assist Merchandising and Global Masterdata teams in improving data quality to achieve mapping objectives.
- Ensure secure mappings in Sephora tools for accurate product portfolio classification.
- Create a masterdata cockpit.
- Develop and implement performance indicators to measure product data quality.
- Establish a routine to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor Global Supply Chain performance.
- Develop, refine, and enhance analytical models for data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to extract insights and optimize performance monitoring processes.
- Prepare and share performance communications with regions and management.
- Enrollment in a Master's program specializing in data analysis or Supply Chain Management at an engineering or business school.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data analysis.
- Ability to understand and create algorithms on databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Interest in cosmetics or retail industry preferred.
- Responsive, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Fluency in English.
No specific experience required, but relevant academic background and skills are essential.
Enrollment in a Master's program in data analysis or Supply Chain Management.
