Sephora Assistant Global Omnichannel Business Controller Intern

1. Collaborate with regional teams to collect and analyze business-related KPIs.
2. Conduct monthly BTQ reporting, tracking sales performance across Sephora's global retail and e-commerce platforms.
3. Develop monthly dashboards to monitor retail and web performance indicators, such as sales components, store traffic, and conversion rates.
4. Support new store performance tracking and openings.
5. Participate in budget reviews and capex validation for new store openings.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university with a specialization in finance.
2. Prior experience in a related field is required.

1. Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and EPM is advantageous.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills with an interest in the retail sector.
3. Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed.
4. Organizational and prioritization skills.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
6. Professional demeanor and team spirit.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience is required, ideally with a focus on finance or retail analytics.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or finance.
