1. Collaborate with regional teams to collect and analyze KPIs related to omnichannel operations, including retail and web.
2. Conduct monthly reporting for boutiques, tracking sales performance across all Sephora locations worldwide for LVMH Group.
3. Develop monthly dashboards to monitor retail and web performance, focusing on key indicators such as sales, store traffic, conversion rates, and associated retail costs.
4. Monitor new store performance and openings, contributing to the development of analytical models and benchmarks by country.
5. Participate in budget review processes and validate capital expenditures for new store openings.
6. Prepare and analyze data to support decision-making and global digital activities.
7. Track digital channel performance and identify optimization opportunities.

1. Enrollment in a business school or university with a specialization in finance, business analysis, or management control.
2. Previous experience in a related field is required.

1. Strong proficiency in Excel is mandatory; familiarity with Power BI and EPM is advantageous.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills with an interest in the retail sector.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

A foundational experience in finance or business analysis is required, suitable for beginners.

Current enrollment in a business school or university, specializing in finance or related fields.
