Sephora Assistant General Manager, Distribution Center

- Supervise Inbound, Replenishment, and Order Fulfillment operations within a 350K+ square foot omnichannel Distribution Center.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies to maximize productivity and service levels while maintaining financial accountability.
- Engage and inspire a team of Operations Managers through mentorship and proactive communication.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage and adhere to the Distribution Center's financial budget, providing input for budget revisions.
- Lead with agility, managing disruptions and developing contingency plans for operational challenges.
- Coach and develop the team in alignment with Sephora values.
- Ensure high-quality internal and external customer service, including managing contracted transportation and supply partners.
- Optimize critical Distribution Center systems, including WMS, WCS, and robotics.
- Support capital project initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend shifts as required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA and Blue Yonder.
- Proven ability to manage and support annual operating budgets.
- Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage annual financial budgets.
A minimum of 7+ years in management roles within automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing settings is required.
The annual base salary range is $146,710.00 - $163,970.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
