Sephora Assistant General Manager, Distribution Center

1. Supervise Inbound, Replenishment, and Order Fulfillment operations within a 350K+ square foot omnichannel Distribution Center.
2. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies to maximize productivity and service levels while maintaining financial accountability.
3. Engage and inspire a team of Operations Managers through mentorship and proactive communication.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and conduct regular performance reviews.
5. Manage and adhere to the Distribution Center's financial budget, providing input for budget revisions.
6. Lead with agility, managing disruptions and developing contingency plans for operational challenges.
7. Coach and develop the team in alignment with Sephora values.
8. Ensure high-quality internal and external customer service, including managing contracted transportation and supply partners.
9. Optimize critical Distribution Center systems, including WMS, WCS, and robotics.
10. Support capital project initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
11. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend shifts as required.

1. Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA and Blue Yonder.
3. Proven ability to manage and support annual operating budgets.

A minimum of 7+ years in management roles within automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing settings is required.

The annual base salary range is $146,710.00 - $163,970.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
