1. Supervise Inbound, Replenishment, and Order Fulfillment operations within a large-scale eCommerce Distribution Center.
2. Engage and inspire a team of Operations Managers through effective leadership and communication.
3. Implement strategic vision and business plans to achieve performance objectives and maintain financial accountability.
4. Manage and adhere to the Distribution Center's financial budget, providing recommendations for revisions as needed.
5. Lead with agility, developing contingency plans to swiftly resolve operational challenges.
6. Coach and develop the team in alignment with Sephora values, using both formal and informal training methods.
7. Ensure high-quality internal and external customer service, including managing relationships with transportation and supply partners.
8. Optimize critical Distribution Center systems for seamless operations.
9. Support capital project initiatives and represent the Distribution Center in performance evaluations.
10. Enforce safety policies and conduct regular audits to maintain a safe working environment.

1. Minimum of 7 years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably JDA and Blue Yonder.
3. Proven experience in managing and creating annual operating budgets.

2. Leadership and motivational skills with an emphasis on communication and planning.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 7 years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $160,735.00 - $179,645.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
