Sephora Assistant General Manager, Distribution Center

1. Supervise and mentor a team of 4 Operations Managers within a highly automated Distribution Center.
2. Oversee Inbound, Replenishment, and Order Fulfillment operations for omnichannel distribution.
3. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies to maximize productivity and service levels.
4. Manage financial budgets and provide recommendations for budget revisions.
5. Develop contingency plans to address operational challenges and ensure financial objectives are met.
6. Coach and develop team members in alignment with Sephora's values.
7. Ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct regular safety audits.
8. Optimize critical distribution center systems for seamless operations.
9. Support capital project initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
10. Partner with the Inventory Control Manager to maintain inventory accuracy.

1. Minimum of 7+ years of management experience in a highly automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
3. Proven track record in managing and supporting annual operating budgets.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 7+ years in management roles within automated, e-commerce distribution, operations, or manufacturing environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $146,710.00 - $163,970.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
