- Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate and support the year-end statutory audit, liaising with external auditors.
- Oversee tax-related matters, including annual company tax filings and GST compliance.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre to support daily financial operations.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Provide analytical support during budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
- Assist with financial modeling and scenario planning for retail operations.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure financial alignment.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and tax agents.
- Oversee a team of finance professionals, ensuring performance and development.
- Provide guidance and support to accountants in statutory compliance and month-end processes.
- Degree or professional qualifications in Finance or Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesia tax regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
At least 5 years in a similar capacity, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
Degree or professional qualifications in Finance or Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW).
