1. Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
2. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
3. Coordinate and support the year-end statutory audit, liaising with external auditors.
4. Oversee tax-related matters, including annual company tax filings and GST compliance.
5. Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre to support daily financial operations.
6. Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
7. Provide analytical support during budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
8. Assist with financial modeling and scenario planning for retail operations.
9. Engage with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure financial alignment.
10. Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and tax agents.
11. Oversee a team of finance professionals, ensuring performance and development.
12. Provide guidance and support to accountants in statutory compliance and month-end processes.

1. Degree or professional qualifications in Finance or Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW).
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
3. Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is advantageous.
4. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesia tax regulations.

2. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.

At least 5 years in a similar capacity, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
