Sephora Assistant Demand Planner Intern

1. Manage the product lifecycle and coordinate with Supply and Business stakeholders.
2. Analyze weekly catalog performance and adjust forecasts as necessary.
3. Participate in the analysis of product launches, comparing performance against plans and identifying root causes for discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with regional teams to analyze sell-in forecast variances and assist in meeting preparations.
5. Support the monthly forecast cycle coordination, including meeting preparation and team coordination.
6. Monitor and improve KPIs, conducting ad-hoc analyses as required.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business or Engineering, with a specialization in Supply Chain.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in supply chain management.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent command of English.

Beginner level experience, ideally through internships or apprenticeships in supply chain management.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain.
