1. Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms such as RandomForest, XGBoost, and Generative AI.
2. Facilitate the adoption of machine learning solutions by business teams through monitoring and A/B testing.
3. Engage in one of the team's four priority areas: Product Recommendation, Client Scoring, Activity Forecasting, or Generative AI.
4. Master Sephora's data ecosystem, including DSS by Dataiku and Google Cloud Platform.
5. Identify optimization opportunities and implement algorithms within DSS.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (Bac +5) with a specialization in Data Science or Machine Learning.

1. Proficiency in machine learning approaches such as RandomForest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and LSTM.
2. Strong command of SQL and Python programming languages.
3. Experience with machine learning projects or participation in Kaggle challenges.
4. Familiarity with DSS by Dataiku and Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
5. Organizational skills and proactive project management.
6. Curiosity and continuous learning in the field of machine learning.

No specific prior experience required, but involvement in machine learning projects or competitions is beneficial.

Master's degree in progress with a focus on Data Science or Machine Learning.
