Sephora Assistant Customer & Market Insights Intern

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to gather consumer insights.
- Communicate consumer insights to operational teams to enhance service offerings.
- Support decision-making processes and action plans across Europe and the Middle East.
- Evaluate customer experience in-store and online.
- Assess and animate loyalty programs and promotional events like Black Friday and Christmas.
- Develop new Sephora Collection products.
- Coordinate marketing studies, including needs assessment and methodology definition.
- Collaborate with internal clients and research institutes.
- Draft and program questionnaires, manage data extraction, and prepare client files.
- Analyze data and present findings and recommendations to relevant teams.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Consumer Studies, or Data.
- Strong interest in retail and cosmetics sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing skills and synthesis abilities.
- Prior experience in Marketing or consumer research is highly valued.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Dynamic and confident in verbal communication.
- Autonomous and versatile team player.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with marketing or consumer research is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Marketing, Consumer Studies, or related fields.
