Sephora Assistant CRM Project Manager

- Manage the operational execution of the CRM brand animation plan, including email, SMS, push notifications, mailings, and magazines.
- Develop the CRM plan and oversee the timeline.
- Gather information and draft briefs for campaigns.
- Coordinate creative exchanges with agencies and ensure internal coordination across departments such as legal, logistics, and offers.
- Conduct targeting and validate BAT (Bon à Tirer).
- Optimize communications through a Test & Learn approach, including A/B testing.
- Conduct competitive analysis and propose insights.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, including weekly CRM and traffic reports, performance slides, and CRM operation analyses.
- Assist in cross-functional CRM projects, including managing offers, communications, and benefits related to the loyalty program.
- Coordinate geolocated CRM communications and the communication plan for the Sephora Champs-Elysées store.
- Enrolled in a Business or Communication School, or equivalent, at Bac +4/5 level.
- Preferred alternation schedule: 4 days in company, 1 day in school.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and curious mindset.
- Strong writing and creative abilities.
No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with CRM and project management is advantageous.
Enrolled in a Business or Communication School, or equivalent, at Bac +4/5 level.
