1. Create impressive customer experiences by supporting the team in delivering meaningful in-corner interactions that foster brand loyalty.
2. Assist in managing daily operations of the corner, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and attention to financial metrics in collaboration with the Corner Manager.
3. Drive the omni-channel strategy by integrating physical and digital retail experiences.

5. Act as a motivational role model for the team.

1. Completed education or equivalent experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality.
2. Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Manager.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
2. Passion for beauty products.
3. High social intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to conduct brief conversations in English.

At least one year of experience in an Assistant Manager role, preferably within the beauty, retail, or fashion industries.

Completed education or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
