Sephora Assistant Corner Manager

1. Manage, develop, and coach employees, including conducting appraisals.
2. Create daily staff schedules and coordinate employees on the sales floor.
3. Record and maintain team absence reports.
4. Induct new employees and organize training courses.
5. Implement floor management and act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude.
6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
7. Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers.
8. Organize beauty classes and create engaging customer experiences.
9. Update visual merchandising and ensure sales floor cleanliness.
10. Analyze sales data and derive sales activities.
11. Carry out inventories and manage merchandise from receipt to storage.
12. Prepare for opening and closing of the corner and report maintenance issues.
13. Deputize for the Corner Manager in their absence.

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. Initial management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.
3. Strong leadership and coaching skills.
4. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
5. Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.

5. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
6. Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for the beauty sector, and initial management experience.
