Sephora Assistant Corner Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach employees, including conducting appraisals.
- Create daily staff schedules and coordinate employees on the sales floor.
- Record and maintain team absence reports.
- Induct new employees and organize training courses.
- Implement floor management and act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers.
- Organize beauty classes and create engaging customer experiences.
- Update visual merchandising and ensure sales floor cleanliness.
- Analyze sales data and derive sales activities.
- Carry out inventories and manage merchandise from receipt to storage.
- Prepare for opening and closing of the corner and report maintenance issues.
- Deputize for the Corner Manager in their absence.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Initial management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and delegation abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
- Structured work ethic.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for the beauty sector, and initial management experience.
