Sephora Assistant Coordinator for Launches and Category Management Intern

- Support the Launch Coordinator in coordinating and monitoring new launches in the Haircare category.
- Assist Category Managers in managing assortments of exclusive Haircare brands.
- Coordinate marketing activation plans for portfolio brands in collaboration with other departments (Animation, Merchandising, CRM, Media, Digital) and ensure their successful execution in various countries.
- Coordinate and track various category projects (store animations, merchandising projects, training, services, etc.).
- Assist in preparing European meetings (Market Week) and seasonal events (Mother's Day/Father's Day, Christmas, etc.).
- Support the Coordinator and Category Managers by conducting various qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses.
- Assist the Samples Leader with sampling projects.
- Bac +5 / Bac +4 degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing/Commercial.
- Preferably in the final year of studies with at least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics and/or retail industry.
- Genuine interest in the cosmetics industry and awareness of beauty sector trends.
- Proactive, versatile, and rigorous profile with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
At least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics and/or retail industry.
Bac +5 / Bac +4 degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing/Commercial.
