1. Support the Launch Coordinator in the coordination and tracking of new product launches within the Haircare category.
2. Assist Category Managers in managing the assortment of exclusive Haircare brands.
3. Coordinate marketing activation plans for portfolio brands in collaboration with other departments such as Animation, Merchandising, CRM, Media, and Digital, ensuring successful implementation across countries.
4. Coordinate and oversee various category projects, including store animations, merchandising projects, training, and services.
5. Aid in the preparation of European meetings (Market Week) and seasonal events (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc.).
6. Support the Coordinator and Category Managers by conducting various qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses.
7. Assist the Leader Samples with sampling projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing, preferably in the final stages of study.
2. At least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics and/or retail industry.
3. Genuine interest in the cosmetics industry and awareness of beauty sector trends.

1. Proactive, versatile, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.

At least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
