Sephora Intern - Launch Coordination and Category Management Assistant

- Support the Launch Coordinator in the coordination and tracking of new product launches within the Haircare category.
- Assist Category Managers in managing the assortment of exclusive Haircare brands.
- Coordinate marketing activation plans for portfolio brands in collaboration with other departments such as Animation, Merchandising, CRM, Media, and Digital, ensuring successful implementation across countries.
- Coordinate and oversee various category projects, including store animations, merchandising projects, training, and services.
- Aid in the preparation of European meetings (Market Week) and seasonal events (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc.).
- Support the Coordinator and Category Managers by conducting various qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses.
- Assist the Leader Samples with sampling projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing, preferably in the final stages of study.
- At least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics and/or retail industry.
- Genuine interest in the cosmetics industry and awareness of beauty sector trends.
- Proactive, versatile, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
At least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
