Sephora Assistant Client Animation Project Manager

- Participate in the development and implementation of the CRM Animation Plan for Europe and the Middle East.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment of business and client priorities.
- Develop print and digital communication materials in coordination with Communication, Offer, and Image teams.
- Draft CRM briefs, defining objectives, targets, messages, and channels.
- Coordinate and monitor the annual CRM Animation Plan across various countries.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify and share best practices.
- Manage creative feedback loops for AB testing of client communications.
- Final year of a Master's program in Commerce, Marketing, or Communication.
- Minimum of 6 months of successful experience in CRM, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong initiative and customer-centric mindset.
At least 6 months of experience in CRM, ideally within a corporate environment.
Final year of a Master's program in Commerce, Marketing, or Communication.
