Sephora Assistant Category Manager - Skincare

- Support category managers in strategizing and managing skincare brands within the French market.
- Develop digital activation plans for skincare on e-store and app in collaboration with animation teams.
- Implement brand action plans on the website and app.
- Coordinate promotional activities, including offers, samples, and boxes.
- Define thematic assortments for site animations and newsletters.
- Drive the skincare category action plan using CRM tools to enhance category attractiveness and visibility.
- Execute category-specific projects.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative reporting and analysis of the brand and commercial animations.
- Provide improvement recommendations based on regular benchmarking of competitor sites and offers.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in business school or equivalent university with a focus on marketing or commerce.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and capable of taking initiative and working autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized for strong analytical abilities.
- Strong digital marketing acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
Ideally, candidates will have some initial experience in marketing and a particular interest in the beauty industry.
Master's degree in progress in marketing or commerce.
