1. Assist Category Managers in managing exclusive and selective makeup brands across 16 European countries.
2. Oversee the makeup product offerings, including assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram tracking.
3. Coordinate the launch of new products, including the referencing process and forecasting.
4. Support the 360° marketing plan for brand launches, encompassing animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Contribute to cross-functional projects related to product offerings or promotions.
6. Analyze performance metrics of the brand, segments, and new products to implement action plans for achieving objectives.
7. Facilitate communication with brands and European countries.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree from a business school or university.

1. Fluency in English is required.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and initiative-taking ability.
3. Strong analytical skills and organizational acumen.
4. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience in operational marketing, category management, or commerce is preferred.
