Sephora Assistant Category Manager Makeup Intern

1. Support Category Managers in managing exclusive and selective makeup brands across Europe (16 countries).
2. Analyze assortments and performance, and monitor planograms.
3. Coordinate the launch of new products, including referencing and forecasting.
4. Develop and execute 360° marketing plans for brand launches, including animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Assist in cross-functional projects related to brand offerings or animations.
6. Analyze performance of the brand, segments, and new products to implement action plans to achieve objectives.
7. Ensure communication with brands and European countries.

1. Higher education in business school or university.
2. Fluent in English.

4. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in operational marketing, category management, or commerce is preferred.
