Sephora Assistant Category Manager - Make-up

- Assist Category Managers in developing retail strategies for the Make-up category.
- Coordinate and track category projects, including trade and store animations.
- Contribute to the creation of in-store launch and activation plans.
- Participate in assortment management, including sales forecasting, new product referencing, and merchandising updates.
- Facilitate communication with brands and internal departments such as supply chain, retail marketing, social media, and CRM.
- Engage in communication with regional directors and stores through presentations and internal communication platforms.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly figures and ad hoc analyses of brand animations and commercial highlights.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Business School or equivalent with a focus on marketing or commerce.
- Seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the beauty market.
Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field such as marketing or commerce.
