1. Support category managers in managing exclusive and selective fragrance brands in France.
2. Coordinate and track category projects including trade and store animations.
3. Oversee the digital activation plan for fragrances across e-store, app, and social media platforms.
4. Implement the 360° marketing plan covering in-store animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Engage in communications with brands and internal departments such as supply, retail marketing, social media, CRM, and e-store.
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative reporting and analysis on the brand, segments, and new products.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a focus on marketing or commerce.
2. Organized, meticulous, and autonomous.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
4. Previous experience in marketing, trade marketing, or digital is preferred.
5. Interest in the beauty industry is an advantage.
