Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

1. Support Category Managers in developing digital strategies for the Makeup category.
2. Coordinate category projects and implement brand action plans, including merchandising and cross-selling initiatives.
3. Manage promotional tools and offers, such as purchase incentives and sample distributions.
4. Oversee the digital activation plan for makeup across the website and app.
5. Participate in communications with brands and internal departments, including supply chain, social media, and CRM.
6. Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly sales figures and ad hoc analyses.
7. Conduct weekly competitive intelligence monitoring.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a focus on Marketing or Commerce.
2. Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
4. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
5. Familiarity with digital platforms and the beauty market is a plus.

Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
