Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

- Support Category Managers in developing digital strategies for the Makeup category.
- Coordinate category projects and implement brand action plans, including merchandising and cross-selling initiatives.
- Manage promotional tools and offers, such as purchase incentives and sample distributions.
- Oversee the digital activation plan for makeup across the website and app.
- Participate in communications with brands and internal departments, including supply chain, social media, and CRM.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly sales figures and ad hoc analyses.
- Conduct weekly competitive intelligence monitoring.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a focus on Marketing or Commerce.
- Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and the beauty market is a plus.
Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
