Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

1. Provide daily operational support to assigned countries.
2. Act as a project facilitator, addressing queries and assisting in the operational implementation of plans.
3. Manage cross-functional coordination of country needs for promotional materials and ensure supply chain efficiency.
4. Collaborate with the brand to maintain accurate country information regarding innovation plans, product phases, and discontinuations.
5. Consolidate and share best practices with countries.
6. Contribute to product category management, focusing on makeup, accessories, fragrance, skincare, and haircare.
7. Participate in the development of 360° activation plans and toolboxes.
8. Monitor the implementation of plans and adherence to guidelines across countries.
9. Coordinate with central departments and the brand to ensure Sephora Collection's visibility in store plans.
10. Assist in business management for the central team and countries.
11. Prepare monthly business reports for Europe and specific countries.
12. Analyze brand performance and identify business opportunities.
13. Track and evaluate major launches and support operations.
