Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern

- Support the development of the Sephora Collection brand for the French market.
- Participate in the operational execution of the Sephora Collection in stores and on the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct weekly performance tracking of the Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare categories.
- Monitor promotional activities such as gifts with purchase, samples, and gift cards across retail and web channels.
- Manage the visibility plan for E-Stores and the App.
- Assist in assortment management, including the listing of new products and sales tracking.
- Aid in reporting and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal presentations and seasonal events like Mother's Day and Christmas.
- Facilitate store communication and manage feedback from stores.
- Draft weekly INSIDE messages for the store network.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing from a university or business school.
- Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Previous experience in the beauty sector is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Beginner level, ideally with some exposure to the beauty industry.
Currently enrolled in a university or business school with a focus on Marketing.
