1. Support the development of the Sephora Collection brand for the French market.
2. Participate in the operational execution of the Sephora Collection in stores and on the e-commerce platform.
3. Conduct weekly performance tracking of the Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare categories.
4. Monitor promotional activities such as gifts with purchase, samples, and gift cards across retail and web channels.
5. Manage the visibility plan for E-Stores and the App.
6. Assist in assortment management, including the listing of new products and sales tracking.
7. Aid in reporting and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
8. Contribute to the preparation of internal presentations and seasonal events like Mother's Day and Christmas.
9. Facilitate store communication and manage feedback from stores.
10. Draft weekly INSIDE messages for the store network.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing from a university or business school.
2. Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
3. Previous experience in the beauty sector is advantageous.

1. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Beginner level, ideally with some exposure to the beauty industry.

Currently enrolled in a university or business school with a focus on Marketing.
