1. Assist the Minis&More Europe team in developing and implementing the product strategy across European stores.
2. Contribute to the creation of seasonal assortments, merchandising plans, and marketing activation toolboxes for in-store and online deployment.
3. Coordinate and monitor product launches with brand partners.
4. Prepare performance reports for the category, including product launches and brand-specific analyses.
5. Collaborate with studio, training, social media, CRM, and digital teams to enhance category visibility within the brand.
6. Manage the internal Minis&More box to increase category visibility and awareness among internal teams.

1. Desire to learn about category management.
2. Interest in the cosmetics and retail sectors.
3. Currently in the second part of a gap year or final internship.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

No prior experience required, but an interest in cosmetics and retail is beneficial.

Currently pursuing higher education, preferably in a related field.
