Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern - Fragrance

1. Assist category managers in managing exclusive and selective fragrance brands in France.
2. Coordinate and monitor category projects including trade and brand animations.
3. Oversee the digital activation plan for fragrances across e-store, app, and social media platforms.
4. Contribute to the 360° marketing plan, including in-store animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Participate in communications with brands and internal departments such as supply, retail marketing, social media, CRM, and e-store.
6. Conduct quantitative and qualitative reporting and analysis of the brand, segments, and new products.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a focus on marketing or commerce.
2. Organized, meticulous, and autonomous individual.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and affinity for numbers.
4. Previous experience in marketing, trade marketing, and/or digital is preferred.
5. Interest in the beauty industry is advantageous.
