1. Support the Category Managers in developing the web category management strategy for the Makeup category.
2. Coordinate category-specific projects and implement brand action plans, including merchandising, cross-selling, CRM, and search initiatives.
3. Manage promotional activities and offers, such as purchase incentives, samples, and promotional boxes.
4. Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly figures, ad hoc analyses, and competitive intelligence.
5. Collaborate with category teams to enhance brand partnerships and coordinate digital service actions for product launches and activations.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program.

2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and with conviction.
4. Knowledge of digital marketing and the beauty industry is appreciated.

No specific professional experience required, but familiarity with digital marketing and the beauty industry is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
