Sephora Assistant Category Manager Intern - E-Store Makeup

1. Support the Category Managers in developing the web category management strategy for the Makeup category.
2. Coordinate category projects and implement brand action plans including animations, e-merchandising, cross-selling, CRM, and search.
3. Manage and implement promotional offers and incentives such as purchase offers, samples, and boxes.
4. Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly figures, ad hoc analyses, and competitive intelligence.
5. Collaborate with category teams to strengthen brand partnerships and coordinate digital service actions for launches and activations.
